ADDY Awards Event Sponsorship
ADDY Awards is AAF Knoxville’s premier event showcasing the area’s best creative. Tiered packages are divided into three levels: gold, silver and bronze. Depending on the level of sponsorship, promotions include recognition / logo placements online, in programs, on-screen during the event, and other prominent displays.
Luncheon / Event Sponsorship
Banner: Banners would be prominently displayed in various locations around event spaces.
Attendee Programs: Event information materials distributed to attendees provides sponsor information.
Table Displays: Table displays will give sponsors immediate recognition for lunch attendees, after-hours gatherings and awards dinners.
Emcee Announcement: Prior to event commencement, the emcee will announce sponsors.
Presentation: Depending on the event and/or venue, sponsors can have the opportunity to participate in the presentation to introduce guests, share insights and in other insightful ways.
Promotional Items: When applicable, sponsors will be able to distribute promotional items, and materials related to the event.
AAF Knoxville Online: AAF Knoxville’s website is THE information resource for this area’s advertising industry. Sponsors have the chance to reach out online with rotating banner ads on the homepage and subpages via 12 month, 6 month and 3 month packages.
